ACUPUNCTURE
With Acupuncture therapy, patients feel relaxed and renewed after each session. Acupuncture is a therapy that has shown to be effective for a variety of conditions like treating pain, managing arthritis and mental health issues  I’m trained in traditional and Western Acupuncture, which enables me to tailor your session to your specific goals and needs. I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their well-being.
CUPPING THERAPY
Modern cupping is an important component of Therapeutic bodywork and is used to loosen muscles, increase flexibility, and facilitate manipulations. In order to achieve optimal bodily function, the body requires suppleness, this suppleness can be inhibited if the body has connective tissues which are stuck together, this sticking together is generally referred to as adhesions. The body’s natural response to this therapy can result in improved circulation, removal of stagnation and an improvement in Immobilised areas.
Tui na
Tui na is an Oriental healing therapy, that is based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Tui na is similar to a sports/deep tissue massage and works on the theory of free and uninterrupted energy and blood flow within the body. Working on this deeper level, Tui na seeks to promote tissue growth and repair. This massage therapy is usually carried out whilst the patient is fully clothed.
