DOES ACUPUNCTURE HURT?

Most people are nervous about having Acupuncture for the first time. Acupuncture consists of the gentle insertion of fine, single use, sterile needles into points near the surface of the body.  The sensation of the needle is often only felt upon insertion and is often described as a tingling sensation. Acupuncture is usually a relaxing and enjoyable experience which leaves our patients with a  feeling of relaxation and wellbeing.
